The service manager Chase quickly addressed my problems with the sound system and ordered me a new radio. I asked if they could get my oil changed since I was going to be out of town working. I am always greeted by name no matter who is at the service desk. I was very impressed with Justin’s patience with the older lady who was just ahead of me. The major issue was taken care of. I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smile. They took my service request for an oil change and filter and got right on it. In just 30 to 45 minutes I was presented my fob and an invoice showing what was completed, the oil change & filter, lub and gress, as well as topping off of fluids. To my surprise I was told there is no charge since they provide your first oil change (after your vehicle purchase) Complimentary. That's customer service!

I spent just over a year researching the new car market looking for a replacement for my vehicle that was destroyed as a result of Hurricane Milton. I narrowed it down to the GMC Yukon XL and one other manufacturer. What I didn't find was knowledgeable, dedicated salespeople. That was until I spoke with Shane Kirtley with Central Buick GMC. Shane not only had an in-depth knowledge of the vehicle, but also a working knowledge of GM's ordering process. Before speaking with Shane, I went to a number of GMC dealerships stating that I was ready to order a 2026 Yukon XL. I was met with blank stares and unsolicited information about the vehicles in their inventories. Because of my research, I knew much more than the salespeople did. It was extremely frustrating. I first spoke with Shane in the spring of 2025. My wife and I traveled during the months of May through November in 2025. I didn't want to order a 2025 model because I knew I we would be traveling late into 2025. It made more sense to wait until we returned and order the 2026 model year. Upon our departure, I asked Shane to call me in November so we could pick up where we had left off. He did exactly that. We scheduled an appointment when my wife and I could visit Central Florida Buick GMC (75 miles from our home) to meet Shane in person and to review every detail about the Yukon Denali XL. Shane spent four hours with us and because of his knowledge and guidance, we chose to place an order in GM's system for a 2026 Yukon XL Denali Ultimate. Shane was careful to tell my wife and I that just because the order was in GM's system, it didn't mean GM would accept the order. Shane stayed in contact with me until the order was accepted. The actual delivery of the vehicle was seamless. Shane coordinated the efforts of the parts department (accessories), Jose in the service department and Jacob Hood, Finance Director. Jose spent time reviewing the mechanical portion of the vehicle with me. He provided information about ongoing care and maintenance. He is definitely a subject matter expert. Jacob helped me by providing information regarding extended warranty programs. After his consultation, I decided to move forward with one of the extended warranty programs. I have a high level of respect and gratitude for Shane's, Jose's and Jacob's dedication to customer service.

I have never had a more seamless experience with any other Automobile purchase. I spoke with a sales consultant who quickly found exactly what I was looking for then he set me up with the finance department who had quotes within minutes. That being decided, the sales consultant drove to my location with the new vehicle already prepped, finalized the purchase agreement and trade-in, demoed my new vehicle then drove off with my old truck. All in 1 day without leaving home. Amazing customer service.
