Central Buick GMC Supports Key West Daze Fundraiser benefitting Meals on Wheels of Polk County

Central Buick GMC is proud to sponsor Meals on Wheels of Polk County’s upcoming Annual Dinner Gala & Silent Auction. This exciting event is set to benefit the vital work of delivering nutritious meals to seniors and those in need across the county.

This year’s 17th annual event will be held on October 4th.  This year’s theme is Key West Daze, a tropical getaway to the Florida Keys!  Guests will indulge in the island vibes with a tiki hut serving refreshing Key West inspired drinks, bid on exciting items up for auction, and unwind to the soothing sounds of the Coastal Acoustic Barefoot Music. 

The mission of Meals on Wheels of Polk County is to provide hot, nutritionally balanced meals and a daily contact to the homebound residents of the Polk County area. Their program provides a means of independence for many of senior citizens – in some cases, it is a means of survival.
